Danny Watkins is very professional and respectful. He made the entire process a pleasurable one! He is a keeper, for sure! I had very specific concerns coming in the door about the ability of vehicles to handle towing a travel trailer. I had a dodge 1500 with the Hemi engine - and when I pulled the travel trailer, I had a lot of sway. (As a side note - I have owned a dodge truck since 1983 - I was not seriously considering switching to ford when I came though the door the first time!!!) Your staff educated me on the issues that caused sway, why they believed the technology of their vehicle was superior, and were willing to let me take the vehicle to pull the trailer to prove it would work - they stood behind their product. I was so impressed, I selected a vehicle with more features (leather seats, heated and cooled, sunroof, power rear slide, chrome, etc) - it is the best vehicle i have ever owned! I love it!

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle on my own, and Kris Stedman was wonderfully helpful and courteous. I had placed an inquiry online and he immediately contacted me to set up an appointment for a test drive. While at the dealership, he did not pressure me to purchase anything that day, but was kind enough to discuss my options for the car. That same day, I went to another dealership and the salesperson there tried to make me buy a car from him that day, one that I wasn't even able to test drive due to the fact that the particular vehicle I was interested in was unavailable at the time. I do not respond well to pressure, and I'm smart enough not to buy something I've never even seen. Needless to say, I contacted Kris the following business day and requested that he hold the car I wanted until I could come back the following weekend and put a down payment on the Fusion. He worked with me and we were easily able to come to a deal. I was able to give him a pleasant surprise and purchase the car earlier than originally planned. The ease with which he made my car buying experience is something that I will never forget, and I will definitely be back in the future!

The entire experience starting with the day we drove on the lot until the day we closed on the vehicle was completely seamless and rather enjoyable actually. Dee DeSutter was the kind of salesperson I wish every dealership could have. He is a pleasure to deal with both personally and professionally. He wants your business and it shows in his attitude and over all presentation. I have always been a GM fan and have purchased their vehicles for years but FORD has really gotten my attention with their quality and great looks. You make one heck of a truck as well as many other vehicles. We will definitely keep this dealership and FORD in the front with our next purchase.
